Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the CasaCortex website, web application, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By creating an account, accessing the Service, or using its features, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service for an organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms for that organization.

2. Accounts and access

You must provide accurate account information, maintain the confidentiality of your sign-in credentials, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account and for ensuring that anyone you invite to a shared workflow is authorized to access the applicable information.

3. Authorized use and professional responsibility

Use CasaCortex only for lawful, authorized real-estate and transaction-support workflows. You are responsible for reviewing all generated or suggested content before relying on, sharing, filing, or signing it. You remain responsible for the accuracy of property details, client information, transaction facts, deadlines, and communications with clients and partners.

4. Client data and property media

You may submit client information, property information, listing links, floor plans, photographs, documents, and other materials only when you have the right and necessary permissions to do so. Do not upload information that is unlawful to use, confidential without authorization, or subject to restrictions that prevent processing through the Service. You are responsible for obtaining all required consents from clients, listing owners, agents, photographers, and other rights holders.

5. AI-assisted outputs

CasaCortex may generate property matches, document drafts, visualizations, task plans, readiness analyses, and other AI-assisted outputs. These outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a particular situation. You must independently verify outputs and use qualified professionals where appropriate. Do not treat an output as a legal opinion, appraisal, lending decision, title determination, inspection result, or binding transaction advice.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to:

• violate applicable law, professional obligations, privacy rights, or third-party intellectual-property rights;
• upload malware, interfere with the Service, attempt unauthorized access, or bypass usage limits or security controls;
• scrape, copy, reverse engineer, or use the Service or its outputs to build a competing product, except where applicable law does not permit a restriction;
• submit misleading, discriminatory, unlawful, or harmful content; or
• use the Service to make decisions that should be made by licensed or qualified professionals without appropriate review.

7. Plans, payments, and credits

Available plans, trial terms, prices, and included AI credits are described on the Pricing page and during checkout. By starting a paid plan, you authorize the applicable charges and agree to provide current payment information. Credits and plan limits may apply to features such as AI document generation, 3D Property Studio, and Closing Desk readiness analysis. Your purchase remains subject to the checkout terms presented at the time of purchase.

8. Intellectual property

CasaCortex and its licensors retain all rights in the Service, including its software, designs, workflows, text, graphics, visualizations, logos, and other materials. Subject to these Terms and your account status, CasaCortex grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for its intended purpose. 9. Availability, changes, and feedback

We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue portions of the Service as it evolves. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure availability. If you provide feedback or suggestions, you grant CasaCortex permission to use them without restriction or compensation.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. CasaCortex does not warrant that outputs will be accurate, complete, timely, or appropriate for a particular transaction. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CasaCortex is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from use of the Service.

11. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms, created risk for the Service or others, or used the Service unlawfully. Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and payment obligations, will survive.

12. Updates to these terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Service, law, or our operations. The updated version will be posted here with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use after an update becomes effective means you accept the updated Terms.
